The river Seine has its own rules and contraints, like the two-way alternate which sets the boats passing times and each boat has its own characteristics - size, capacity, inside arrangements or style – which may impact the seated plan, the decoration, the reception course, the animation….

Our job consists in:

• Verifying the administrative regularity and the safety of the boats that are proposed to you: validity of the sailing licence, insurances, booking of the banks….
• Making sure about the sailing conditions on the river Seine, according to administrative decisions and the water conditions;
• Helping you solve any potential technical problems regarding the organization of your reception such as the parking of the guests’ cars, the intervention of your contractors…
• Offering you the best animation, meals (you can choose the menus, the dishes, the wines…) or decoration according to the boat, your event and your budget;
• Supervising or helping you in the welcoming of your guests, the boarding, the course of the meal (how many head waiters and what qualifications for them), the implementation of your animation…
